Essence du Sérail n°4 brings ripe fruit and an abundant floral heart together in an eau de parfum composed by Nathalie Feisthauer. The house imagines a lavish sweetness with a more complex, luminous character beneath its bright surface.
Bergamot oil provides the citrus opening. Plum and peach then introduce rounded fruit tones around a bouquet of ylang ylang, jasmine, lily of the valley, orange blossom and rose. The fullness of the fruit and the generous white-floral character form the centre of the composition.
Heliotrope and saffron oil add further textures within the heart. A soft, powdery impression meets a drier spicy edge, bringing variation to the sweetness of the fruit and flowers.
Sandalwood, ambrette and vanilla form the base. Smooth wood meets ambrette's warm, musk-like character and the sweetness of vanilla, providing a softer setting for the rich floral heart.
