Scent Development and Character
A refined leather-iris Parfum in which an ethereal, slightly nostalgic iris rises under an arch of warm sky before sinking into supple, well-worn leather. As it develops, a soft white musks accord veils the composition, turning the dark leather haze into something dense yet caressing and contemplative.
Who It Is For and When to Wear It
Despite its Parfum concentration and dense leather-iris character, Zurafa wears as an enveloping but relatively intimate aura, more like a refined dark cloud close to the body than a loud trail, making it suitable for contemplative evenings, formal occasions, and quiet daytime wear in cooler weather. Best suited to cooler weather, especially autumn and winter, where its dense leather-iris and musky warmth feel most refined; in mild spring it can work for evening wear, but it is generally too heavy for hot summer days. Sillage is Moderate to strong, forming a noticeable but not overwhelming aura around the wearer, more like a dense, close cloud than a far-reaching trail. Longevity is Long-lasting for a leather-iris composition, generally persisting 8–10 hours on skin, with the musky-leathery base remaining noticeable well into the drydown.
