ラ クーシュ デュ ディアブル 75mL ボトル

La Couche du Diable explores a first transgression, remorse and the imagined coronation of the Devil. Introduced in 2019 and composed by Christopher Sheldrake, it follows Serge Lutens’ image of burning embers surviving into the night. That scene gives the fragrance a quieter, darker sense of heat.

Oud and labdanum bring deeper wood into contact with warmer resin. The darker woody character of oud meets the rounded, amber-like texture of labdanum, allowing drier wood and softer resin to support each other. Their combination provides the central fragrance theme, translating the image of night-time embers into the warmth and depth of those two notes.

Consider it for quieter evening clothing when deeper wood and resinous warmth suit the occasion. This is a suggestion from its inspiration. The illustrated 75mL Eau de Parfum has a spherical glass stopper, rounded shoulders, deeper amber-coloured liquid, a black label and a flared glass base.
