Chloë Sevigny Little Flower

Little Flower is a rose made in collaboration with Chloë Sevigny, and for her. Founder Alia Raza describes her friend as someone who pushes boundaries yet can turn suddenly elegant, and the scent tries to hold both sides in a single rose.

It opens sour and bright: cassis and pomelo, one berry-tart, one bitter-edged, with peony keeping the air light. The rose here is reworked through acidity and greenness rather than sweetness.

At the heart sits Ottoman rose, joined by honeysuckle and a bleeding heart note, while black tea adds a dry, tannic depth that keeps the florals from turning heavy. Palo santo then brings a cool, almost minty woodiness before settling into smoky guaiac wood and soft musk.
