Castley takes its inspiration from a freer, exploratory spirit. Introduced in 2025, its creative direction places bright citrus beside richer spice and a woody, amber-like foundation, seeking an impression of movement together with balance. Those contrasting textures shape the fragrance’s central character.
Bergamot, ginger and black pepper lead into lemon petitgrain, Timut pepper and neroli at the heart. Akigalawood, labdanum and benzoin form the base. Brighter citrus and herbs meet more vivid spice, while wood and warmer resins give that energy a calmer, deeper foundation.
The manufacturer recommends it throughout the year, from daytime into evening. It suggests clothing that suits citrus and spice beside wood. The illustrated 125mL Eau de Parfum has transparent smoky-grey glass and a silver-coloured cap, with raised horses and a shield marked 1743 on the front.
