ZEP
Inspired by the Muromachi arts of tea, flowers and incense, ZEP brings fresh bamboo and cool florals into deeper coniferous woods.
Bergamot, pink pepper and green notes give ZEP an airy, fresh opening. Bamboo and watery notes introduce the moist impression of young stems, while lavender and jasmine bring a cooler floral character. Conifer, cedarwood, oud, amber and cistus provide the base, carrying the fragrance from fresh greenery toward the calmer depth of fragrant woods and resins. Its starting point is the Muromachi era, when the arts of tea, flower arrangement and incense appreciation flourished. Rather than treating green notes as a brief introduction, the composition carries their freshness into its woody setting. It suggests quiet time with a book or a creative work.
