AQT
Inspired by incense used to scent Sengoku warriors’ helmets, AQT brings yuzu and warm spices through rose into oud and amber.
AQT opens with the clear brightness of yuzu, surrounded by clove, cumin, cinnamon and pepper. Pink rose brings a softer sheen between the fresh citrus and warm spices. Oud, cistus and amber form the base, giving the later fragrance a smoke-touched, resinous depth. The composition draws on the image of Sengoku warriors perfuming their helmets with incense before battle. nowas reinterprets that scene as a woody amber for moments of commitment in contemporary life. Its movement from a bright opening toward quieter woods suggests a choice for a morning when heading out marks the beginning of something important.
