Nordic Cedar
Bright cardamom gives way to earthy patchouli and dry cedar. A family photograph from Sweden accompanies the scent.

The photograph behind Nordic Cedar was taken in Västerås, Sweden, in 1969: Maya's older sister Anette talking with family outside their grandfather's allotment cabin. The cabin looked out over open fields and boreal forest.
The scent opens with cardamom, fresh and spicy, giving a lively, bright start. Earthy patchouli and dry cedarwood follow, and soft musk rounds off the wood.
As the cardamom recedes, the warmth of wood and earth becomes clearer.
