With Andaluiza, perfumer Pierre Gueros imagined a millennia-old Andalusian garden: a place able to satisfy all five senses and to link East and West. It is conceived as a hybrid born where Eastern and Western cultures cross.
The garden is rooted yet surprising, full of bold pairings and unexpected encounters. Generous fruity accords are twisted from the very start by the vigorous zest of an essence of Madagascar mandarin. Then the heat builds little by little until it turns intense: the cistus flowers release the full strength of their amber facets, and an essence of Atlas cedar speaks for a dry, powerful wood able to withstand time.
Its keys are a pomegranate accord, a cistus flower accord and Tonkalactone®. The movement at its core runs from the red juiciness of pomegranate to the amber warmth of cistus flowers, from bright fruit to dry heat.
