Roasted Tangerine

A sun-warmed mandarin peel wrapped in dry smoke and woods: vivid Italian citrus meets roasted fennel, coffee and incense, then settles into a textured citrus‑woody trail of Akigalawood, Ambrofix, tonka and soft musk.

Scent Development and Character

Roasted Tangerine opens with a vivid burst of Italian mandarin, blood orange and bergamot, a thick, sun-drenched citrus peel that feels both juicy and slightly bitter. As it settles, roasted fennel seed, ginger, petitgrain, incense and coffee wrap the fruit in dry, smoky aromatics, adding a gently leathery, almost herbal roast effect around the mandarin core. The base turns warmer and more textural, with Akigalawood, Ambrofix, cedar, tonka bean, white musk and abstract woody notes creating a long-lasting, citrus‑woody trail where the toasted rind, subtle smoke and soft woods linger more than overt sweetness.

Who It Is For and When to Wear It

On skin, Roasted Tangerine tends to open with a strong, almost chewy citrus accord, where mandarin and blood orange feel concentrated and slightly bitter rather than airy. Within the first hour the roasted fennel, coffee and ginger become more prominent, lending a dry, aromatic smokiness that keeps the sweetness in check and can feel quietly leathery and herbal. As it develops, incense and woody notes smooth the edges, and the base of Akigalawood, Ambrofix, cedar, tonka and white musk creates a balanced, medium-weight trail that works well in temperate to warm weather and feels equally suited to casual daytime wear and more atmospheric evening use. The roasted citrus wrapped in smoke and woods makes Roasted Tangerine particularly suited to autumn, when its warmth and texture complement cooler air, yet the bright mandarin allows comfortable wear from spring into early winter. Sillage: moderate: the opening throws a noticeable citrus aura for the first hour, then settles into a softer but still present trail of woods, smoke and musk that is unlikely to overpower but remains perceptible within arm’s length. Longevity: Moderate to strong longevity: the citrus top fades after 2–3 hours, but the smoky woody base with Ambrofix, Akigalawood, coffee and incense typically remains detectable on skin for around 7–8 hours in normal conditions.
