Saffron Flower

Saffron Flower draws on founder Nadia Benaisa’s memories of Marrakech. Bright mandarin meets the prickle of Sichuan pepper before saffron flower and wild jasmine develop at the heart. The richness of these floral impressions leads into black leather, which adds a drier, tanned character. Vanilla beans bring sweetness alongside the smooth woody texture of Indian sandalwood. From its vivid citrus and spicy opening through flowers to leather and warm wood, the composition gives the remembered colours and scents of the city a series of contrasting olfactory textures.
