Aqua Sacrae
Mandarin, tuberose, jasmine and sandalwood evoke a white-flower garden at dusk in a powdery floral eau de toilette.
Perfumer: Amélie Bourgeois
Aqua Sacrae imagines the white-flower garden at dusk, bringing the freshness of mandarin into contact with the richer textures of jasmine and tuberose. This eau de toilette was introduced with the Botaniques collection in 2018 and created by Amélie Bourgeois. Its scene is a quieter moment in a garden, where the brighter character of citrus meets the softer, sweeter presence of flowers as daylight begins to fade.
The house describes the opening mandarin as suggesting Earl Grey, a tea-like impression within the citrus character. Tuberose and jasmine then build a fuller white-floral heart. Sandalwood adds a gentler woody texture underneath, allowing the fragrance to move towards a powderier finish while retaining some of the freshness of its opening.
Try it for an evening walk, or when you want white flowers in a more reflective setting. The 100mL presentation has a clear cylindrical glass body with a black cap and pale liquid inside. Its white front label carries the framed botanical motif above the Aqua Sacrae name, written over two lines.
