Altamura
Sparkling sweet orange and the warm, boozy glow of Cointreau, opening onto incense that drifts outward like a nebula.
Perfumer: Bertrand Duchaufour
Altamura opens with a voice that feels an endless dance it cannot see: atoms, stars, snowflakes, the dust in an attic. It starts from moments like this, when a small revelation somewhere on Earth seems to answer something happening at the far edge of the cosmos.
The first breath is bright: sweet orange, sparkling, mixed with strong liquor, recalling the warm, amber clarity of Cointreau.
It never stands still. Incense gradually takes over, spreading like a nebula expanding into empty space, a cloud drifting upward. It is meant as a link between people and the universe.
