opponent
Yuzu, bergamot, cardamom, fine flowers and vanilla portray courage to face a challenge.
Perfumer: Hidenori Matsuno
Opponent portrays the strength to face a challenge without fear. Kilesa places cardamom beside the fuller citrus character of yuzu and bergamot. Fine lily-of-the-valley and freesia, with the softer white impression of vanilla and musk, contribute to this idea of courage.
Lemon, yuzu, bergamot and cardamom open with acidic and bitter peel beside cooler spice. Freesia, lily-of-the-valley, jasmine and rose create the heart, combining finer and fuller flowers. Vanilla, musk, amber, sandalwood and peach form the base, adding soft sweetness, warmth, quieter wood and fruit.
It suits a daytime setting when brighter citrus with gentle flowers and rounded sweetness feels inviting. The rounded 50 mL clear-glass bottle carries a silver-coloured cap and its name printed directly on the front.
