White Tuberose

An eau de parfum written against the dusk hours of Virginia Woolf's To the Lighthouse. A brief citrus movement gives way to a trio of white florals — jasmine, muguet, tuberose — on the same middle plane, with musk and amber kept narrow in the base so the composition's weight sits around the flowers rather than any sharp opening.

ホワイト チューベローズ 30mL ボトル

At the heart of White Tuberose from KINFOLK NOTES are three white flowers — jasmine, muguet and tuberose — layered on the same middle plane. The composition takes its cue from the dusk hours running through Virginia Woolf's To the Lighthouse, carrying both the moment when a flower's fragrance deepens as the light fades and the quiet residue of feelings and memories that stays long after.

The opening is a brief citrus movement, used mainly to clear the air before the florals arrive. In the middle, the three whites make up a dense, dusk-weighted passage in which purity and sensuality cross; tuberose does not stand alone, but is held up by muguet's lightness and jasmine's warmth.

Musk and amber form the listed base. Once the floral outline recedes, the weight of the composition sits in these two materials rather than in the top, giving the perfume a shape built around the florals and their base rather than any sharp opening.
