Pomegranate Noir
Juicy pomegranate and spicy Casablanca lily set over smoky guaiacwood and patchouli, a study in bright fruit and dark wood.
Perfumer: Beverley Bayne
Ruby-red pomegranate juice meets woody patchouli in this cologne, a pairing of bright fruit and dark ground. Its stated inspiration is a bold, sensual evening gown in red silk.
The top is an accord of juicy red fruits shaped to recall pomegranate, luscious and refreshing at once. Pink pepper adds a spark, and a floral blend evokes the heady, spicy character of Casablanca lily.
Guaiacwood brings a smoky warmth that threads through the base alongside patchouli. That contrast between red fruit and shadowed wood is what gives the scent its slightly mysterious edge.
