Fougair

A clear green fougère inspired by one from 1950: fern, bergamot and pink pepper over boxwood, artemisia, patchouli and fir balsam.

FOUGAIR takes its cue from a fougère of 1950 and pays homage to the house's historical roots. The aim, though, is current: something as clear as early morning in a green meadow, worn by city free spirits and indifferent to old lines between masculine and feminine.

A fern accord sits at the center, opened up by bergamot and the clean bite of pink pepper. The brand pictures this as a resinous, fresh burst of fern.

Boxwood, artemisia and grafted cypress add leafy sharpness, herbal bitterness and a dry conifer edge. Deeper down, patchouli, fir balsam and amber hold the green in place and leave a resinous warmth behind it.
