Le Sel d’Issey Parfum
Salt and saffron meet seaweed and wood, grounded by warm amber and oakmoss in an intensified sea-and-land contrast.
Perfumer: Quentin Bisch
Le Sel d’Issey Parfum explores the collision of a cold sea and heated rocks on land. Quentin Bisch’s 2026 creation gives that tension a deeper woody, marine and leathery character.
Salt accord and saffron accord combine a cooler salty impression with warmer spice. Seaweed and woody notes form the heart, before amber accord and oakmoss bring a warmer, earthier foundation. The composition retains the tension between sea and land within a fuller finish.
The 100mL bottle follows Tokujin Yoshioka’s design, with a black cap and dark-brown gradient glass. It invites evening wear when marine freshness feels appealing with the depth of wood and amber.
