CASHMERE 100
Soft orris and flowers meet woods, vanilla and musk in a cashmere-inspired powdery composition.
Perfumer: Margaux Le Paih Guérin
Cashmere 100 translates the warmth of a single cashmere layer into an aromatic texture. Margaux Le Paih Guérin aims for a softness whose finer detail becomes apparent at close range. The subject is the feel of familiar knitwear rather than a showier floral display.
A note named cashmere introduces the tactile idea. Orris and honeysuckle form the centre, placing powdery softness beside a sweeter floral impression. The intention is a more supple floral texture rather than a dusty one, keeping the composition gentle without making dryness its central subject.
White musk and sandalwood soften the outline, with Virginian cedarwood adding another woody texture. Vanilla and mangrove wood contribute warmth to the finish. Flowers, powder-like softness and woods remain within the quieter image of a knit resting lightly against skin.
