Absolute Aphrodisiac
White flowers and amber meet richer vanilla and musk, with the animalic texture of castoreum.
Perfumer: Alexandra Kosinski
Absolute Aphrodisiac interprets instinct and temptation through richer vanilla, musk and animalic texture. White flowers and warmer amber introduce softer brightness around a more provocative outline. Created by Alexandra Kosinski, the fragrance was introduced in 2015.
White flowers meet amber’s warmer texture, while vanilla contributes a fuller, rounder sweetness. Musk supplies smoother skin-like character and castoreum introduces a more leathery, animalic edge. Their contrast places drier depth and a less polished outline around the softer flowers and sweetness.
Consider it for cooler evening outings when richer vanilla should also gain more distinctive leathery character. Smaller initial applications suit this editorial suggestion. The illustrated 90mL Eau de Parfum has a black rectangular bottle, a broad cap, a silver top plate and a red-and-silver diamond-shaped front ornament.
