Slut for October
This perfume oil grew from Heretic’s collaboration with artist Bill Crisafi and his childhood memories of autumn in Massachusetts.
This perfume oil grew from Heretic’s collaboration with artist Bill Crisafi and his childhood memories of autumn in Massachusetts. Its setting brings together burning leaf piles, sun-dried grass and the bruised sweetness of apples left on an orchard floor. Arkansas Black Apple meets labdanum, myrrh, cedarwood and oakmoss, with juniper smoke and sun-scorched hay adding drier textures. The composition approaches autumn through ripe fruit, resins and woodland decay, giving the season a darker, mischievous character rather than a conventional pumpkin-spice treatment.
