Named for half past midnight, this gourmand pairs coffee and caramel with warm spice and a bespoke Bourbon de Laire base.

Half past midnight gives Minuit et Demi both its name and its intimate mood. Stéphane Bengana worked with Demi Rawling on a gourmand built around coffee, caramel and warm spices. Cardamom, pimento and bergamot lead into the roasted character of coffee and the sweetness of caramel. Vetiver, cedarwood, cashmeran, vanilla and musk form the base, enveloped in a bespoke Bourbon de Laire compound from Symrise. This perfumery base brings a dry tobacco-leaf impression, rounded vanilla and spice warmth to the composition, giving the sweet heart another layer of depth.
