Incense and resins meet warmer tonka, tobacco and wood, touched by greener herbs and citrus.

Io Non Ho Mani che mi accarezzino il volto pays olfactory tribute to photographer Mario Giacomelli. Its title follows his photographic project among young seminarians in Senigallia, and the official text recalls Sorcinelli’s personal connection with the photographer. Memory and photography find a scented expression through wood and resin.

The subject names incense, benzoin, tonka bean, tobacco, amber and sandalwood. Cedar, geranium, clary sage, cinnamon leaves, styrax and ylang-ylang form the counter-subject; petitgrain, bergamot, galbanum and myrrh the tail. The depth of resin and tobacco meets sweeter tonka and rounded wood, with a greener expression from herbs and citrus.

The composition suggests warmer resin alongside quieter tobacco and wood. The 100mL bottle has a pale silver-white rectangular body beneath a cap draped in black fabric. Broad folds extend sideways and cover part of the body and its diagonal lettering; the fabric is integral to the bottle’s design.
