Bowmakers evokes the workshops of violin and bow makers in nineteenth-century Massachusetts. D.S. & DURGA imagines the scent of mahogany, maple shavings, pine rosin and the varnishes used by each craftsman.
Violin varnish and mahogany lead into pine rosin, maplewood and cypress. Spiced resin, cedar and moss shape the finish. The eau de parfum brings together the warmth of woodwork and the depth of resin.
