Ouarzazate

Moroccan incense meets pepper, nutmeg, herbal clary sage and dry woods.

COMME des GARÇONS

Perfumer: Mark Buxton

ワルザザト 50mL ボトル

Ouarzazate takes the Incense series across the Atlas Mountains into Morocco. The idea of traditional incense gains spice and herbal greenness. Dry woody contours suggest air moving through the warmer composition.

Pepper and nutmeg add a firmer spicy accent to the herbal character of clary sage. Wenge and Kashmir wood give incense a dry woody setting. Labdanum adds resinous depth, while musk and vanilla bring softness beside the woods and spice.

It suits incense with an additional aromatic and spicy dimension. Shirts or outerwear on a cooler day can accompany its drier texture. A small application lets the spice outline and warmer resin share the space.

Mark Buxton created this eau de toilette in 2002. A silver cap and orange fragrance name distinguish the black slender 50mL cylinder, whose rounded shoulders and base carry the series’ white lettering.
