About This Fragrance
Orencie is an eau de parfum from the French fragrance house CHAMBRE52, created by IFF perfumer Caroline Dumur. According to the trade publication Formes de Luxe, the house debuted in November 2024 with six eaux de parfum, and Orencie is one of them. The house frames it as a bright morning: waking to lychee, time standing still, and a woman who feels free wrapped in rose and white musk. The eau de parfum is offered in 52 mL and 100 mL bottles.
Scent Profile
The official notes are lychee, rose and white musk, presented as three key notes rather than a top, heart and base pyramid. Dumur says she worked with a clean, refined and smiling "bubble" in mind. The musks wrap the skin like freshly laundered linen, and the perfume was also a chance for her to shape a rosy musk in a modern way. Formes de Luxe describes the lychee as an accord. Lychee brings brightness, rose adds floral radiance, and clean musk softens the two into a close, linen-like finish.
Bottle Design
The transparent flacon, designed by Jules Dinand, is made of faceted glass with vertical fluting that lets the pale pink juice show through. A white label carries the name in lowercase, and a deep red cap sits on top. The red of the cap refers to the red mosaic of the rooftop pool at the São Paulo hotel where the co-founder once stayed.
