CHAMBRE52 is a French fragrance house that begins its perfumes with a story. It debuted in November 2024 with six eaux de parfum, each offered in 52 mL and 100 mL bottles. The collection shares a visual identity while giving each scent its own narrative and set of materials.

History

Co-founder Nicolas Dewitte has traced the number 52 to the room in which he stayed at Hotel Unique in São Paulo. He has also connected the red of the hotel's rooftop pool to the caps and the inside of the packaging. These details belong to the identity of the house as a whole: the room supplied its name, while the pool left a visible trace on its presentation. Trade publication Formes de Luxe reported the house's six-fragrance debut in November 2024.

Philosophy & Signature Style

Dewitte describes a creative process in which a story is shared with a perfumer and proposals develop through conversation. The resulting fragrances can therefore differ in their scent profiles while retaining a common approach to storytelling. Designer Jules Dinand is credited by Formes de Luxe with the faceted glass flacon used by the house. Its transparent body and red cap provide a recognizable frame for the different perfumes.

Fragrances

Contre ta Peau brings together neroli, orange blossom absolute and vanilla absolute around a story of two people drawing close. Orencie, another perfume in the range, names lychee, rose and white musk instead. Those contrasting note selections show how the collection can move from a warm floral sweetness to a fruit-and-rose profile without assigning one formula to the entire house.
