Barclay 1926
Bitter orange, warmer honey and sharper black pepper evoke the remembered character of a New York hotel.
Barclay 1926 celebrates the centennial of InterContinental New York Barclay. Caswell-Massey returns to a shared history after opening its flagship within the hotel in 1926. The rooftop garden and apiary above Manhattan inspire a quieter expression of hospitality, connecting the remembered building with the city today.
Bitter orange supplies brighter citrus, honey adds gentler sweetness and black pepper gives more defined spice. A tranquil leafy impression sits around the warmth and light of honeyed citrus. Their interplay creates an intimate character rather than a starkly sharp citrus expression.
Consider it when a travel memory should remain close or when warmer citrus suits a lighter day. Introduced in 2026, it is an eau de parfum. The illustrated 7.5mL presentation has slender transparent glass, an exposed gold sprayer and vertical lettering, providing a smaller portable format.
