Gold Incense opens with a warm, slightly luminous blend of cinnamon, marigold, bergamot and angelica seed that immediately feels resinous rather than fresh, setting a golden, oriental tone. As it develops, dense labdanum and Atlas cedar build a rich, balsamic heart that is simultaneously leathery and woody, evoking polished woods and smoldering resins. The drydown settles into a smooth veil of olibanum incense, vanilla and sandalwood, where smoky curls of incense are softened by creamy woods and a subtle sweetness, creating an enveloping, luxurious amber-woody aura.
