Caché means “hidden” in French. It draws on the Greek myth of Prometheus concealing a spark in a hollow fennel stalk and carrying it to humankind. Bold herbal green, evoking wild fennel and crisp celery, gives the fragrance its character. Bergamot and black pepper bring brightness and bite. Traditional Chinese medicine also informs the composition, whose heart includes orris butter, lily of the valley and cedarwood. Musk and sandalwood leave a soft warmth, exploring hidden facets within a familiar green scent.
