Original Intense develops the familiar citrus and aromatic freshness of 4711 as a contemporary eau de parfum. Introduced in September 2026, its 15 per cent fragrance oil concentration gives the well-known signature a setting of fuller flowers and deeper woods. It offers another way to explore the character associated with the traditional cologne.
Bergamot, lemon and petitgrain open with brighter citrus and a more aromatic leafy outline. Lavender and sage meet jasmine and neroli at the heart, connecting herbs with softer white flowers. Cedar, sandalwood and musk support the drydown, giving the fresher character a smoother woody warmth. The composition retains the more vivid citrus direction while expanding the role of flowers and woods.
Try it for a day in a cleaner, simpler outfit or an outing that extends into the evening.
