2021 Gin Mare began with a question: how could freshness be expressed beyond citrus? For 27 87, the image was tonic water infused with rosemary. Aromatic sharpness and a cool, mineral character suggest Mediterranean freshness, with an effervescent quality that keeps the herbal theme lively. Rosemary and grapefruit form the opening. Juniper, basil and davana follow in the heart, above a base of olive and styrax. The composition brings together the impressions of leaves, fruit and resin rather than relying on citrus alone. Composed by Amélie Jacquin, this Eau de Parfum was released in 2026 as part of the Archive Edition.
