Her work with LUZI includes fine fragrances for different houses. She has composed for 4711’s Collection Absolue and for LEN Fragrance, responding to creative settings involving food and places. Working across these brands means responding to different creative settings and developing a fragrance suited to each project, while retaining her interest in experimentation and imaginative composition.

Creative Style & Philosophy

Marty’s creative approach joins a willingness to try something new with an attention to how the elements fit together. Gourmand sweetness can gain another dimension when it meets spice, woods or a more smoky impression. For a fragrance inspired by a winter retreat, she takes a chalet in the French Alps and desserts beside a crackling fire as the setting. Wood-aged cognac and sweet tonka bean form a richer combination, with stronger spices and praline giving the idea a more detailed texture.
