Career
Drawn from childhood to both scent and adventure, Chemardin studied chemistry, culture, marketing, and composition at the École Supérieure du Parfum in Paris. At twenty she began an internship at Flair with Amélie Bourgeois and Anne-Sophie Behaghel. She later became a perfumer on the team, contributing collaboratively to independent brands and artistic projects.
Creative Style & Philosophy
She does not force the final answer before experimentation has begun, instead looking for unexpected relations among materials. Dense tuberose may be opened by the sparkle of ginger and juniper, creating weight and escape at once. Culinary discoveries, travel, family, and friends provide inspiration.
