History
Founder Jisu Kim started the brand in a Seongsu atelier with the idea of making skincare the way fine dining is prepared. The name Kuoca comes from the Italian word for chef, and the brand aims to express delicate flavors with a chef's care rather than mass production.

Kuoca describes its approach as fine dining for the skin. It uses precious culinary ingredients such as white truffle and green caviar as icons, and values satisfying taste, smell, and sight.
