Pegasus
Bergamot meets almond and anise before developing towards smooth vanilla and sandalwood.
Perfumer: Hamid Merati-Kashani
Pegasus softens brighter bergamot with almond before developing towards a warm vanilla foundation. Created by Hamid Merati-Kashani and introduced in 2011, it joins vivid citrus with the smoother texture of almond and wood. The softer base gives the opening a more rounded continuation.
Anise, bergamot and almond lead into cypress, violet leaves and orange blossom at the heart. Ambrox, vanilla and sandalwood provide the base. Greener leaves and a conifer-like character meet almond’s roundness and gentler flowers, allowing wood and sweetness to support the composition’s brighter elements.
Consider it with clothing that suits smoother sweetness alongside brighter citrus and green leaves. This is a suggestion from its composition. The illustrated 125mL Eau de Parfum has a silver-coloured metallic-looking bottle and matching cap, with raised horses, a shield marked 1743 and the house name on the front.
