Place des Vosges is Kerzon's tribute to the timeless elegance of the famous Parisian square, and the house calls it its signature fragrance. Its aim is the opulence of a refined floral bouquet, lifted by fruit.
Red rose and peony open the scent. The fullness of the rose meets the lighter, airy petals of peony, so the start feels both rich and transparent. Blackcurrant bud and mango follow in the heart, the bud adding a crisp fruity accent and the mango a riper sweetness that gives the bouquet some shading.
The base lists lychee, bergamot and geranium. Fruit and citrus appear even in the foundation, continuing the bright character alongside the full bouquet, while geranium's green-edged floral tone links back to the opening rose.
Rose leads, but the fruit keeps it bright, making it a good choice for days when you want a generous floral scent without sinking into a dense sweetness.
