Bois d'Hinoki takes Japanese cypress as its starting point, drawing on the tree's quiet presence. Kerzon places the camphoraceous freshness of a resinous forest beside the warmer character of spices and smoky woods. Cool air and a warmth close to skin meet within the same composition.
Rosemary and eucalyptus open with green herbal notes and a clear, bracing edge. Cinnamon then brings warmth to Atlas cedarwood and red cedarwood, giving the dry woods a gently heated, slightly smoky character.
Papyrus wood and black pepper support the later stages. Dry woodiness meets a fine peppery prickle, extending the aromatic opening into a spicier finish.
