White Jasmine & Mint opens onto an English country garden on a morning full of sun. It now sits in Jo Malone London's Archive Collection.
Jasmine officinale is the heart, its heady white-flower richness brightening a lively bouquet that also takes in lily, orange blossom and rose. Wild mint, as if freshly crushed between the fingers, cuts across it and gives the arrangement a slightly eccentric green edge.
Fresh mint leaf leads, clean and faintly sweet. Maté leaf carries the base with a verdant, tea-like greenness that keeps the florals from turning heavy.
