This one paints an English field at first light, the kind of spring morning that feels full of promise. Young wheat, still green, covers the ground, and that greenness is the point of the scent.
Grapefruit gives the wheat a tart, slightly bitter snap. Meadowsweet folds in a soft white-flower quality that rounds off the sharper edges. The result stays crisp and airy.
First released in the 2018 English Fields collection, it now appears in the Hong Kong Archive Collection.
