ディーエス アンド ダーガ ロッカウェイ ビーチ 50mL ボトル

Rockaway Beach starts with New York music in the late seventies. David Seth Moltz of D.S. & Durga recalls a city full of kids thrashing out teenage angst, none catchier than the Ramones, at a time when you could write a quick song about the simple joy of escaping humid summer for the beach. The perfume is named for that song and for the Queens beach that earned it.

Moltz grew up by the beach himself and spent every day there in summer; the scent in the air and on the skin after a swim, he writes, will always be home. The perfume renders that memory as a salty solar musk. Sun tan lotion meant to recall 1980s sunscreen, flowering privet hedges and close skin musk bring back a summer coast lined with pastel condos.

The 50 mL eau de parfum is available year-round in the brand's New York stores and returns online only in summer.
