ディーエス アンド ダーガ エイント ザット スウィート 50mL ボトル

“How do you do sweet but not too sweet?” When gourmands first came into demand, David Seth Moltz recalls in the liner notes, the perfumer hesitated to blend bakery and bouquet. Ain't That Sweet is the answer to that question: an eau de parfum set to an ideal balance of sweet, spice, flower and vanilla resin.

Its foundation is a favourite dessert, date cake, first encountered at an Aussie shop a few doors down from D.S. & Durga's first store: dark malty flavour, narcotic spice and warm vanilla in one slice. Date and praline, Sri Lankan cinnamon, myrrh and bourbon vanilla trace that balance, while lily runs a floral line through the weight.

The product page adds a flirtatious note left for a lover, cake waiting on the table beside the lilies. It was conceived as a bold, elegant scent for late nights with someone sweet, a date night fume.
