About Soizic Beaucourt

Soizic Beaucourt is a Senior Perfumer at Eurofragance. From childhood, she wanted a career involving creativity, beauty and the senses, eventually finding that direction in perfume creation. Music, food, literature and travel offer starting points for her work, while the practical transformation of an impression into a fragrance remains central to her approach.

Career

At eight, she already imagined a creative profession. She studied at ISIPCA in France and completed her Master’s in Perfumery in 2006. Her early work focused on fine fragrances. At Eurofragance, she expanded into personal care and air care, alongside fragrance creation for markets beyond Europe. Asia, Latin America and especially the Middle East have widened the cultural settings within which she develops her work.

Creative Style & Philosophy

An accomplished violin player with a broader interest in the arts, Beaucourt draws on music, gastronomy and literature. Her approach brings artistic sensitivity together with scientific precision, seeking to give an impression of a moment or a culture an olfactory form. She also values solving the practical challenge of making a pleasant fragrance appropriate for its intended use, while communicating emotion, telling a story and inviting the wearer’s imagination.

Signature Works

  • *Pomelo & Sea Salt — 4711*: An Acqua Colonia fragrance pairing brighter pomelo with the softer impression of salt and a sea breeze.
  • *Rose réfraction*: A fragrance inspired by walking through the Palau de la Musica Catalana in Barcelona, presented on a scented card in the twentieth issue of Nez.
