His German and Colombian family background is part of Eurofragance's official presentation of a multicultural outlook. The company also situates his practice in Dubai, where he has developed extensive familiarity with Gulf-region fine fragrance.

Career

He has spent many years working with the fragrance cultures of the Middle East and Asia. He received the 2021 Beautyworld Middle East Perfumer of the Year award and was appointed a Eurofragance Master Perfumer in 2024. The Master Perfumer appointment recognizes both experience and mentorship within the company. He has a particular interest in ambergris and animalic notes and emphasizes the emotional effect a fragrance has on its wearer.
