About Marion Costero
Marion Costero is a French-Spanish independent perfumer who creates both branded fragrances and olfactory narratives for places and moments of life. Her practice treats scent as a subtle language rather than a product category alone.
Career
After graduating from ISIPCA, she built experience in major international fragrance houses and advanced to senior-perfumer roles. Work between Paris and Brazil expanded her botanical and cultural references before she established an independent practice.
Creative Style & Philosophy
Costero compares perfume to a genie’s lamp containing emotion, memory, and belonging. Plants, resins, spices, changing light, and the air of places are reorganized into an invisible layer that can accompany a personal story.
Her compositions therefore treat atmosphere as something built from precise material choices. Light, temperature, landscape, and personal memory become structural guides, allowing natural textures to remain recognizable while the finished fragrance develops as an intimate story rather than a literal illustration.
