Pepper Fusion belongs to the AromaFusion range from the fragrance house CPL Aromas. It is a captive perfumery material made by combining raw materials for use by the company's perfumers, bringing pepper, wood and amber impressions together within a named aromatic material.
Scent Profile
The pepper character meets a warm woody depth and a diffusive amber impression. Spice gives the scent its outline, while the wood and amber aspects introduce a fuller surrounding texture. The combination brings the drier expression of wood together with warmth around the central pepper theme, allowing these different qualities to be expressed as part of the same material.
Use in Perfumery
Pepper Fusion can contribute spice and woody character to a base containing amber, moss, musk, patchouli and balsam fir. In a composition combining herbs and flowers, these warmer impressions can follow lavender and cypress, with rose, osmanthus and hay adding other textures around them. Its pepper, wood and amber character provides a connection between the spicy theme and the warmer materials supporting the floral and aromatic notes.
