Kashmir Fusion is a blended perfumery material developed by the fragrance house CPL Aromas as part of its AromaFusion range. It brings musk and amber together in a woody character, creating a soft, warm surface around the impression of precious woods.

Scent Profile

Dry cedarwood, the depth of patchouli and rounded sandalwood-like tones meet a warm amber sweetness. Gentle autumn-fruit nuances and touches of spice soften that structure, making the woody impression feel fuller and more supple than a sharply cut, dry piece of timber. The musky side contributes smoothness, while the amber gives the woods a mellow warmth.

Use in Perfumery

With flowers, Kashmir Fusion can supply warmth beneath the petals without turning their character entirely woody; with fruits and spices, it helps carry their sweeter or sharper impressions into a deeper setting. In a wood-focused composition, it connects the dryness of cedar-like notes with the softer texture of musk and amber. Its value lies in that ability to join several textures: a fragrant flower, a gentle fruit sweetness and a substantial woody foundation can retain their individual shapes while feeling more closely connected.
