The PERFUME OIL FACTORY is a Japanese fragrance house devoted to perfume oil. Its alcohol- and water-free format unfolds gently at close range and allows the wearer to control application with a roll-on bottle.

History

The operating company was established in 2012, and the Ginza flagship opened in 2016. Stores later expanded to Shinjuku, Yokohama, Nagoya, Osaka, Hakata, and other cities, developing an in-person experience built around trying and choosing a personal scent.

Philosophy & Signature Style

The house draws on the historical idea of fragrant oils and blends each product by hand. Numbered titles and short narratives give the fragrances distinct identities, while the oil format keeps their diffusion soft and intimate.

The Stories collection pairs numbers with short scenes, the Japan collection turns Japanese materials into fragrance themes, and the Premium line explores richer textures. Seasonal and location-linked limited editions add another layer to a range designed around mood and occasion.
