About Coach

Coach is a fashion house founded in New York in 1941, with roots in leather goods and a continuing emphasis on craftsmanship. The house brings an informal urban sensibility to bags, clothing, accessories and fragrances, connecting the way an object is made with the personality of the person who wears it. Coach belongs to the Tapestry group.

History

From its leather goods heritage, Coach developed into a broader lifestyle brand while retaining a recognizable connection to New York style. In 2015, the house signed a worldwide fragrance license agreement with Interparfums, followed by the introduction of a new perfume line in 2016. The partnership was renewed in 2025, extending the agreement through June 2031.

Philosophy & Signature Style

Creative Director Stuart Vevers places individual expression and the courage to be oneself within the house's identity, ideas that also inform its fragrances. City energy, moments in nature and journeys with friends become settings for compositions built around fruit, flowers, woods and contrasting textures. Fashion details such as the turnlock, leather Tea Rose appliqué and cherry charm supply recognizable inspiration for both scent concepts and bottle design.

Iconic Fragrances

Coach Eau de Parfum evokes New York through raspberry and Turkish rose, while Dreams takes a journey through the American West with friends as its starting point. Coach Green brings kiwi, aromatic herbs and woods to the idea of finding a refreshing green retreat within the city.
