About Celvoke

Celvoke is a Japanese beauty brand developed by Mash Beauty Lab. Its name combines Cell and Voke, meaning voice, to express the idea of listening to skin and bringing out each person’s own beauty.

History

The brand began in November 2016 with skincare incorporating a fermentation-derived ingredient. Makeup followed in 2017, with directly operated locations opening at Hankyu Umeda and in Shibuya that autumn. A skin fragrance mist using essential oils joined the range in 2025. The following year brought limited scents through collaborations with a film universe and an accessory label.

Philosophy & Signature Style

Celvoke combines skincare incorporating botanical ingredients and biotechnology with makeup that explores colour, luminosity and translucence. It considers scent, texture and a product’s appearance as part of everyday beauty, encouraging attention to personal sensory experience. Its fragrances interpret scenes such as an afternoon by a window, a quiet forest or the distant cosmos through citrus, resins, woods and flowers. These imagined settings give each composition a particular atmosphere within the wider beauty range.

Iconic Fragrances

Tranquil Woody is a 9 mL mist that moves from bergamot through frankincense into woods. Beyond the Galaxy, a limited Star Wars collaboration, combines basil and citrus with soft flowers and musk. Open Up, developed with heyep, is a 1.7 g solid perfume suggesting a hinoki forest, presented in a silver heart-shaped case.
